What we collect
When you use the contact form, WhatsApp link, or email, we receive your name, contact details, city, package interest, and the message you write. Analytics (on Commercial and Flagship sites we ship, and on this site when configured) may collect device and usage data. We do not require an account to read the journal.
Why
To reply to enquiries, perform contracted work, invoice, improve the site, and meet legal duties. Lawful bases include contract, legitimate interests, and consent where required under POPIA.
Sharing
Hosting, analytics, and communication tools (for example WhatsApp, email providers) process data as operators. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and rights
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed for the relationship and tax law. You may request access, correction, or deletion at hello@clientfound.co.za, subject to legal exceptions.
This website
Replace analytics IDs before production if you do not want measurement. Update this policy when tools change.
