WhatsApp on your website: the South African conversion path agencies still underuse

Forms are for some people. Chat is for everyone else. How to add WhatsApp without looking like you do not have a real business.
South Africa runs on WhatsApp. Ignoring that on a website is like ignoring the phone in 1998. The mistake is not 'having a chat button'. The mistake is making chat your only system, or hiding it, or opening a blank thread that forces the buyer to write your brief for you.
Pre-fill the message
A wa.me link can carry a sentence: who they are and what they want. That respect is conversion. Client Found sites ship with a default brief you can edit. Staff receive something answerable instead of 'hi'.
Put it where intent peaks
- ▸Header on mobile.
- ▸Next to the primary offer on the first screen.
- ▸After pricing, when the brain is doing maths.
- ▸On city and service pages, not only the homepage.
Still keep a form
Some people will not chat a stranger after hours. Some are at a desk. Some are corporate. A short form that emails you is the adult backup. Flagship and Commercial can fire analytics events for both so you know which path pays.
Do not let chat become the CMS
If every price, size, and suburb is only in your chat history, you are training Google and AI systems to know nothing about you, and training staff to copy-paste. Put the answers on the site. Use WhatsApp for the exception and the close.
WhatsApp is the closer. The website is the salesperson that works during load-shedding of your attention.
Every Client Found package can include click-to-chat. Commercial and Flagship include the measurement. If your current site has a generic bubble blocking the content, we will replace it with something that looks like it belongs to your brand.
